We begin working together!  We schedule a 2-3 week time frame to fully immerse ourselves with the collection.  From there, we may make recommendations on changes, implement new policies and help streamline all processes.  We require a weekly production / sales meeting, quarterly review meetings and annual goal summaries and recap meetings. 

Step 3: Brand immersion

After a full analysis on the designer & current accounts we work internally to set up a team behind the designer.
This includes up to three representatives that work directly under our brand strategist, operations manager, general manager and order entry specialist as needed.

A strategy is submitted to the designer once the contract is signed.

We meet with the designer virtually for a grasp on where they believe their collection currently sits in the market, preliminary goals and proper growth outline.

We handle all the sample rotations with check in lists, check out lists, trunk show contracts, etc.  We handle Retailer Agreements as well to ensure your clients are up to day on your policies. 

One person is solely dedicated to manage that your team is working efficiently and is effective.

You will receive a strategy for what we believe will help you see success and the assigned sales representative will adhere to it.

You will have between one and three sales representatives who will work with preexisting clients as well acquire new clients. 

Depending on your market schedule and how early you book your market out, we offer bridal market representatives.  These saleswomen will be fully trained on your brand prior to the bridal marke if they are not your standard representative.
